 LANDSEER

 Landseer on koeratõug, kelle algne nimi raamatutes oli Canis Familiaris Terrae Novae ehk maakeeli "koer Newfoundlandist". Tänapäeval assotsieerub inimestele newfoundlandi koerana  suur must või pruun karulaadne koer ja LANDSEERI  käsitletakse mandri-Euroopas eraldi tõuna.

Siiski on LANDSEERI ajalugu just "koera Newfoundlandist" ajalugu ja see on väga põnev. LOE

Landseer is a dog breed, what was in old books named: Canis Familiaris Terrae Novae what means "dog from Newfoundland". Nowadays, most people imagine big black or brown bearlike dogs when they think about Newfoundland dog.  LANDSEER  is separate breed (official: Landseer European Continental Type).  
In some countries Landseer is white and black colour variety  of the Newfoundland dog.  READ MORE
